- Providing a false age or identity will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

The name, mobile number and other details provided at registration will be used for account verification later. hi bajj reserves the right to close any account at any time if false or fabricated information is given.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on hi bajj is ৳200. bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used to complete a deposit. Members must deposit from a mobile banking account registered in their own name.
- Deposits sent from a third-party account may not be accepted.
- Keep the transaction reference number when making a deposit.

Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete. bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used for withdrawals.
hi bajj reserves the right to complete account verification before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be temporarily held in cases of suspicious activity or incomplete verification.
- Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
- All bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
- If there is a delay due to any technical issue, hi bajj will notify the member.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
Welcome Bonus
The hi bajj welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15×).
For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus funds, a wager of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be completed.
- The bonus can be claimed only once and applies to the first deposit only.
- hi bajj reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of fraud is found.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
Other Promotions
hi bajj offers special promotions from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which will be stated in the offer details. Wagering requirements apply to the weekly hi bajj Reload Festival, hi bajj Slots Bonus, cricket season special rewards and other promotions.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- hi bajj reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
- Please read the terms of each promotion carefully before claiming a bonus.
Betting and Gaming Rules
Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Policy
All bets on hi bajj are accepted in accordance with the applicable rules. If a bet is accepted due to a technical error, server issue or incorrect odds display, hi bajj reserves the right to cancel that bet. In such cases, the member's original stake will be returned.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed.
- If an event in a sports bet is cancelled, the stake will be returned.
- If one selection in a multi-bet is cancelled, it will be counted as 1.0 odds and the remaining bet will continue.

Fraudulent Activity Prohibited
Any form of fraudulent activity — using bots, hacking accounts, attempting to artificially control bet outcomes, or using another member's account — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account in question will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.
hi bajj monitors all transactions and gaming activity through its own security systems. hi bajj takes active steps against money laundering and illegal financial activity.
Responsible Gambling and Self-Limits

hi bajj believes that playing within limits is important for healthy entertainment. Members can therefore set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on the platform. This feature is provided for the financial safety of members.

- Evidence that the account holder is a minor.
- Court order or legal obligation.
If an account is closed and there is a valid balance with no rule violation involved, that amount will be returned after verification.
Account Closure by the Member
Any member may request to close their account via 24/7 live chat or email. Before the account is closed, all pending bets will be settled and any valid balance will be returned. However, if bonus-related requirements have not been met, the bonus funds will be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability and Miscellaneous
Technical Issues and Liability
hi bajj strives to maintain the highest technical standards, but services may be temporarily unavailable due to server outages, internet connectivity issues or other technical faults. In the event of loss to a member in such circumstances, hi bajj accepts limited liability and will assess each case individually.

- hi bajj is not liable if services are unavailable due to external causes such as natural disasters or government directives.
Changes to Terms
